The Winter Tour is more than just a league—it’s a structured, competitive environment where juniors can track progress, gain valuable experience, and continue to develop their game. Spots are limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure your place.

Playing On Trackman Session

• All Junior Tour Players will be required to attend a “Playing On Trackman” session Prior to first tournament rounds on November 15th.

Tour Rounds

• (11) League rounds (November – April).

Three Handicap Rounds (GROSS Prizes ONLY)

• Round 1: Nov 15th -30th
• Round 2: Dec 1 – 15th
• Round 3: Dec 15th – 31st

Six Tour Rounds (GROSS & NET Prizes)

• Round 4: Jan 1st –  15th
• Round 5: Jan 16th – 31st
• Round 6: Feb 1st – 15th
• Round 7: Feb 16th – 28th
• Round 8: Mar 1st – 15th
• Round 9: Mar 16th – 31st

Two Play-off Rounds (GROSS & NET Prizes)

• Round 10: Apr 1st – 15th
• Round 11: Apr 16th – 30th

Format Week 1-3:

• Individual GROSS Score prizes.
• Weekly on-course skill prizes.
• Smaller prizes then weeks 4-11

Format Week 4-9:

• Individual GROSS & NET prizes.
• Weekly on-course skill prizes – age divisions.
• Order of merit (OM) points awarded each week – age divisions.

Format – Play Rounds Week 10-11

• Elevated prizes and OM points awarded during playoff rounds.
• Individual GROSS & NET prizes.
• Weekly on-course skill prizes – age divisions.

Prizes

• OM Prizes will be awarded at the end of each round.
• KP & LD Prizes awarded at the end of each round.

Tour Courses

• Variety of premium and PGA Tour courses from all over the world.

Course Conditions

• Course conditions will change weekly.
• Course/Conditions released 1 week prior to play. 
• Auto putt feature on Trackman golf to be used.

Game Play Hours
As of November 1st, 2025 Gameplay/League Play/Junior Tour hours will be set to the following:

•  Wednesday:  6:00PM – 12:00AM
•  Thursday:  9:00PM – 12:00AM
• Friday:  4:00PM – 12:00AM 
• Saturday:  1:00PM – 12:00AM 
• Sunday:  8:00AM – 11:00PM 

Booking Restrictions
All Tour round bookings will require a MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR/PERSON.

EXAMPLE – 2 people playing a league round requires a minimum of 2hrs of screen time to be booked in advance of play.

If a player does not complete their round during the allocated time your round will be considered done on the hole which is last completed during allocated booking time if simulator is booked proceeding your time, otherwise additional time will be charged.

Additional time (full hour increments) is allowed to be booked if participants are unsure they will be able to complete their round in 1 hour.

* ALL TOUR PLAY MUST BE BOOKED DURING THE DESIGNATED HOURS. NO GAMEPLAY OR TOUR PLAY WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE LISTED TIMES – UNLESS APPROVED BY 365 GOLF STAFF *
