The 365 GOLF Winter League 2025/2026 is set to be our most thrilling season yet! With three competitive flights plus a dedicated ladies flight, there’s a perfect spot for every golfer. Over 11 incredible rounds, you’ll experience the excitement that only 365 GOLF can deliver. Our state-of-the-art Trackman technology brings world-class courses to life with stunning realism. Compete on a variety of challenging layouts, share unforgettable moments with friends, and chase after awesome prizes that make every shot count. $260 Registration Fee

• 100% of Registration fees applied to weekly prizes and year league aways.
• Trackman handicap round = 1 round – details below.
• Seeding / Flighted / Playoff Rounds = 11 rounds – details below.

(1) Handicap Round

• (1) Handicap Round with Trackman ID is required before first seeding round.
• Handicap round must be completed between October 15th and November 14th.
• Only required for players that do not have a Trackman handicap.
• Cost: $65/hour

(3) Seeding Rounds

• (3) Seeding rounds used to determine flights for league rounds.
• Round Dates:
• Round 1: Nov 15th – 30th.
• Round 2: Dec 1st – 15th.
• Round 3: Dec 16th – 31st.
• Individual NET stableford prizes – all players.
• Individual GROSS stableford prizes – all players.
• AND Weekly on-course skill prizes – all players.
• Minimal prizes through seeding rounds.
• Cost $65/hour.

(6)League Rounds

• (6) League Rounds (January – March).
• Two rounds each month:
• Round 1: 1st – 15th.
• Round 2: 16th – 28th / 30th / 31st.
• Format: individual NET stableford – flighted.
• Weekly individual NET stableford prizes. – flighted.
• Weekly on-course skill prizes – flighted.
• Order of merit (OM) points awarded each week.
• Cost: $65/hour.

(2) Play-off Rounds

• (2) Playoff Rounds in April.
• Elevated prizes and OM points awarded during playoff rounds.
• Format: individual NET stableford – flighted.
• Weekly individual NET stableford prizes. – flighted.
• Weekly on-course skill prizes – flighted.
• Cost: $65/hour.

YEAR-END PRIZES!

• OM points will accumulate each round: January – April.
• Points will increase each month: January – April.
• Points during each play-off round will be significantly elevated.
• League winners will be those that win the OM in their flight.
• Top three in each flights OM will be awarded prizes.

Courses & Conditions

League Courses

• Variety of premium and PGA Tour courses from all over the world.
• For those that played in years past – conditions will be slightly easier.

Course Conditions

• Course conditions will change weekly.
• Course/Conditions released 1 week prior to play.
• Auto putt feature on Trackman golf to be used.

Notable Changes for 2025/26

NEW Flights for 2025
Starting in 2025, the 365 Winter League is excited to introduce a brand-new Ladies Division to our flighted format.

• Men’s Division: 3 Flights.
• Ladies Division: 1 Flight.

This update ensures a more competitive balance and an even better playing experience for everyone.

Registration Cap
Registration will be capped at a maximum of 150 people for this years 365 Winter League. Registration will be a “first come, first serve” format.

Game Play Hours
WAY MORE HOURS THAN LAST YEAR!

As of November 1st, 2025 Gameplay and League Play hours will be set to the following:

• Wednesday:  6:00PM – 12:00AM
• Thursday:  9:00PM – 12:00AM
• Friday:  4:00PM – 12:00AM
• Saturday:  1:00PM – 12:00AM
• Sunday:  8:00AM – 11:00PM

NEW! 365 GOLF is opening two NEW bays in November 2025! More space means more fun & more opportunity to play! SHOULD THESE BAYS NOT BE OPEN BY NOV 1, 365 GOLF WILL NEED TO ADJUST HOW LEAGUE IS RUN.

Booking Restrictions
All League round bookings will require a MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR/PERSON.

EXAMPLE – 2 people playing a league round requires a minimum of 2hrs of screen time to be booked in advance of play.

If a player does not complete their round during the allocated time your round will be considered done on the hole which is last completed during allocated booking time if simulator is booked proceeding your time, otherwise additional time will be charged.

Additional time (full hour increments) is allowed to be booked if participants are unsure they will be able to complete their round in 1 hour.

* ALL LEAGUE PLAY MUST BE BOOKED DURING THE DESIGNATED HOURS. NO GAMEPLAY OR LEAGUE PLAY WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE LISTED TIMES – UNLESS APPROVED BY 365 GOLF STAFF *
